Servicing

Servicing built around the way you ride.

Delivery riding puts real mileage, real wear, and real pressure on a bike. ForgeBike servicing is designed around commercial use — not casual weekend rides.

The Reality

Your bike works hard for you.

Standard bike servicing isn't built around commercial delivery use. ForgeBike is built around how our riders actually ride.

Higher mileage, every day

Shifts add up fast — far beyond a typical weekend ride.

Constant wear

Braking, load, and long hours wear a bike down quicker.

Unexpected problems

Issues don't wait for a convenient moment to happen.

Time off the road costs you

When the bike stops, so does your ability to earn.

The Network

Support, wherever you ride.

Every ForgeBike is serviced through our approved repair-partner network — booked and managed through the ForgeBike app.

  1. 1Open the ForgeBike app
  2. 2Find a ForgeBike repair partner on the service map
  3. 3Book the service or repair you need
  4. 4Take your bike to the chosen partner
  5. 5Your ForgeBike partner assesses and repairs it
All servicing and repairs are carried out through ForgeBike-approved partners as part of the ForgeBike support model.

Essential

Every ForgeBike rider starts here.

Essential isn't a plan you choose — it's the standard of support built into every ForgeBike from day one.

Scheduled servicing, included

At both your 6-month and 12-month service, labour is included at no cost — and ForgeBike contributes up to £50 towards eligible required parts. If eligible parts cost more, you pay the difference.

20% repair support

For eligible repairs through a ForgeBike-approved partner, ForgeBike covers 20% of the combined parts and labour cost. A £10 ForgeBike coordination fee applies for repairs outside included servicing.

Example

A £100 eligible repair, with ForgeBike's 20% contribution and the £10 coordination fee, comes to £90 for the rider.

FAQ

The details, transparently.

How does Premium work?
Premium is a 12-month membership upgrade on top of your standard Essential support, with three billing options to choose from.
Can I upgrade to Premium later?
Yes. You can upgrade to Premium at any time, which starts a fixed 12-month Premium term from that point.
What does "fair usage" mean?
Eligible mechanical repairs are covered under Premium subject to fair usage and the full plan terms. This keeps the benefit sustainable for all riders rather than an unlimited entitlement.
How do I book a service or repair?
Through the ForgeBike app — use the service map to find a ForgeBike-approved repair partner and book directly.
Do I have to use a ForgeBike repair partner?
Yes. Servicing and repairs are carried out through ForgeBike-approved partners as part of the ForgeBike support model.
What's the difference between Essential and Premium?
Essential is included with every ForgeBike and covers your 6 and 12 month scheduled servicing plus 20% support on eligible partner repairs. Premium adds fully covered scheduled servicing, optional 3 and 9 month health checks, eligible mechanical repairs covered subject to fair usage, capped electrical repair costs, priority repairs, qualifying courtesy-bike support, extra theft/write-off protection, second battery access, and priority access to new ForgeBike features.
What happens if my bike is stolen or written off?
Essential riders carry a £1,000 liability. Premium reduces this to £250. Theft and write-off protection are subject to eligibility and the full plan terms.
How do courtesy bikes work?
Premium riders may qualify for a courtesy bike for eligible emergency repairs expected to take more than four hours. Repairs expected to take four hours or less don't qualify. Availability is subject to assessment and the applicable terms — it isn't automatic for every repair.
How does the £10 ForgeBike fee work?
For eligible Essential repairs outside your included scheduled servicing, ForgeBike's 20% contribution is applied to the combined parts and labour cost, and a £10 ForgeBike coordination fee is added on top.
How does Essential's 20% repair support work?
For eligible repairs carried out through a ForgeBike-approved partner, ForgeBike covers 20% of the combined parts and labour cost — you pay the remaining 80%, plus the £10 coordination fee where applicable.
